What to Include in Your Enquiry

The more information you share upfront, the faster we can give you an accurate quote. When you contact us, please include:

  • Product type & quantity — e.g. "50 kurtis for Myntra" or "20 FMCG SKUs for Amazon Pantry"
  • Target marketplace or platform — Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, your own website, or all of the above
  • Photography style — White background only, lifestyle shots, ghost mannequin, model shots — or share reference images
  • Your deadline — When do you need the final images? This helps us plan your slot.

Our booking process is straightforward — most clients receive their images within 3–5 days of first contact.

We review your requirements and send a detailed quote with package options, turnaround time, and payment terms.

You courier your products to Surat

On confirmation, you ship products to our Vesu, Surat studio. Most Gujarat cities reach us in 1 day by courier.

Images delivered in 2–3 business days

We shoot, retouch, and deliver via Google Drive. You review, approve, and your products are returned by courier.

Booking FAQs

Can I visit your studio in Surat?

Yes — walk-ins are welcome. Our studio is in Vesu, Surat. If you are dropping off a large batch of products, a quick call ahead helps us be prepared for you. Studio hours are Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Do you come to my location for the shoot?

On-location shoots are available for large projects (typically 100+ products or specialist equipment that cannot be transported). On-location shoots are quoted separately. For most clients, shipping to our Surat studio and receiving images digitally is faster and more cost-effective.

What are your payment terms?

We charge a 50% advance when booking is confirmed and the balance before final image delivery. For repeat clients and bulk orders, we offer flexible payment arrangements — ask when you enquire.

Can you handle urgent or rush orders?

Yes. Rush delivery (within 24 hours of receiving products) is available for batches of up to 20 products at a 30% surcharge. Mention your deadline in your first message and we will confirm availability.
